Eligibility for Cancellation & Refund

  • Customers may request a cancellation and refund only within 7 calendar days (1 week) from the date of purchase.

  • Requests made after 7 days from the purchase date will not be eligible for cancellation or refund under any circumstances.

How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

To request a cancellation or refund within the eligible period, customers must:

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Any transaction or processing fees charged by third-party payment gateways are non-refundable, where applicable.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The request is made after 7 days of purchase

  • The service has been misused, abused, or accessed in violation of our Terms of Service

  • The account has been suspended due to policy violations

  • The user fails to use the service during the eligible refund period
